︰I only take on one commission piece at a time to prevent stress. If you would like to commission more than one piece, please let me know and I'd be more than happy to hold off on taking other clients until you have everything that you'd like.
︰My working hours are Monday & Wednesday 9-4pm CST. I rarely work on commissions outside of these hours. You may absolutely contact me outside of my hours. I always reply same or next day.
︰I will not continue working on your piece until I have your approval of the latest work-in-progress image I have sent.
︰ When choosing artistic liberty or letting me choose any aspect of your piece, requested modifications to the corresponding aspect may come at an additional charge.
︰Modifications (excluding artistic liberty or what you have already approved of) come at no additional charge. I am always happy to modify a piece for you!
︰My deadlines are approximate unless otherwise stated.
︰Full renders of the piece are sent as transparent PNGs unless otherwise requested.
︰If a month has passed after my deadline, you may request a 10% refund. Please note that this time does not include time waited on client approval for work-in-progress images.

Terms of Service
✦ I have the right to refuse service to anyone.✦ All finished pieces will contain my watermark (Jahgoda) and that watermark must never be edited out, removed, covered up, or cropped out unless otherwise specified by me.✦ All pieces I make are DIGITAL. Absolutely no physical items will be sent to you unless otherwise specified.✦ Clients (and clients only) may post or utilize their finished piece(s) as long as any sites posted on do not use posted images to feed artifical intelligence (AI) and credit to me is given in the form of a tag or by linking my carrd (https://jahgoda.carrd.co/) if I am not on the platform. Clients must credit me in order to utilize the piece online.✦ Clients (any clients only) may utilize their finished piece(s) as personal use for physical items. Commercial use (selling) is not permitted. Please contact me if you would like to use your piece(s) as commercial use for selling.✦ I have the right to post all my work. If you do not want your piece posted anywhere, please tell me before I start working.✦ Refund Policy

︰Sketch started = 80% refund

Color started = 20% refund
︰Shading started = 0% refund.
︰If something comes up and I am unable to finish your piece, I will refund you with the corresponding percentages above at minimum.✦ By receiving any art from me, you agree to abide by my terms of service.
